Croquettes de Vinsobres: The Historic Brand
The Croquette de Vinsobres was born in 1908 in the bakery of Henri Chauvet, located in the village of Drôme provençale bearing his name. Following the resounding success of this delicious treat, Henri decided to patent the recipe under the name "Croquettes de Vinsobres" and turned it into a business. In 1951, he sold his secret recipe to Mr. Corbin, who, in turn, passed it on to the Bédouin family in 1985. Now the traditional biscuit of Drôme provençale, the Croquettes de Vinsobres brand seduces all gourmets with a recipe unchanged for over a century...
