The Croquettes de Vinsobres originated in a small Provencal village of the same name. In 1908, Henri Chauvet, a baker in the village at the time, developed a recipe for Croquettes de Vinsobres with almonds. In 1985, the Bedouin family bought the recipe and continued the traditional production. From now on, it is within the Biscuiterie de Provence, the 6th generation of the BÉDOUIN family, that the Croquettes de Vinsobres are made. In 2018, to celebrate the centenary of this marvellous biscuit, the talented teams of the Biscuiterie de Provence have created a super gourmet chocolate version.
