In our workshops located opposite Mont Ventoux, our team of pastry chefs creates our aperitif and sweet specialties every week using a traditional method. Our secret ? Noble ingredients, as much as possible from local production near our Factory, combined with gourmet recipes. Here no preservatives, artificial flavors, palm oil or GMOs, we base our know-how on short recipes just like at home. It is our daily strength that has allowed us to imagine so many varieties of cakes and biscuits.

Since 2019, we have, in complete transparency, explained to our customers that we had just bought an artisanal SME which manufactured some biscuits but above all confectionery: calissons, nougats or even dark or milk chocolate bars. We then saw the possibility of acquiring new skills and offering our customers new gourmet products in addition to our incredible recipes. It was therefore at the Factory, after carrying out major expansion work, that we began the manufacture of all these complementary sweets. Always based on our values of noble ingredients and traditional know-how, we are happy to be able to complete our ranges in the most beautiful way.
