These biscuits, devoid of flour but rich in almond powder freshly ground by our pastry chefs, will seduce you from the first bite with their unique taste. Enjoy them with a coffee, tea, or as a snack.
For an extra touch of fancy, indulge in our heart-shaped macarons. Our famous macarons, offered in adorable little hearts, offer three changing flavors throughout the seasons: raspberry, lavender, and chestnut. Enhanced by their customizable cases. And for Christmas, the chocolate and orange duo.
Which cake to buy gluten-free?
Our soft gluten-free cakes
The soft cake is one of our flagship specialties at the factory! These delights are made with noble ingredients and baked in old-fashioned molds to achieve that homemade feel. In most of our cakes, you will find only 5 to 6 ingredients, no preservatives or additives thanks to their canned preservation. An idea full of originality and well thought out to obtain a gluten-free, soft cake that retains all its flavor for a year. Incredible!
You can find chestnut, chocolate, lemon, fig cakes... A slew of delights for celiac or non-celiac people!
Cooking with our gluten-free biscuits and cakes
To further enrich your biscuit and cake tastings, you can accompany them with other delights to create more elaborate desserts or snacks, quite easily.
With our soft cakes, for example, you can make a layer cake. The advantage is that you can prepare it with the soft base of your choice and accompany it with a cream matching the selected flavor.
