Arnaud Soubeyran's Montélimar nougat is known for its tenderness and delicate taste made of almonds and honey & flowers lavender. A recipe that has become a staple in their kitchens for almost two centuries, giving it all its authenticity.
Ingredients: sugar, almonds, sugar glucose syrup, honey (lavender and any flowers), pistachios, edible wafer (potato starch, water and vegetable oil of olive), egg white. Possible tracks of hazelnuts.
