In partnership with the Maison Boutarin, the Biscuiterie de Provence has launched an exclusive creation that honors a gastronomic treasure that is still little known today : black garlic ! Thanks to a cooking process of several weeks at low temperature, the black garlic reveals a perfume with roasted notes of candied fruits, liquorice, undergrowth or even balsamic vinegar... A sweet delicacy characteristic of the 5th flavor : umami ! In this recipe for Organic Black Garlic Croquets, the sweet and irresistible notes of black garlic stimulate the taste buds for an explosion of flavors in the mouth !
