Our Croquets Tomatoes and Espelette chilli are perfect as an aperitif with olives, a bit of eggplant caviar or simply as an accompaniment to a good craft beer... Both fragrant and spicy, they are however perfectly balanced !
Our Croquets tomatoes and Espelette chilli are certainly one of the flagship recipes of our range. A range in agreement with the identity and the values of the Biscuiterie de Provence : a supply of noble ingredients 100% of natural origins, most possible from local productions, without any additive, artificial flavour, palm oil or preservative ! Since many years, the Espelette pepper benefits from a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). This appellation guarantees the quality of this small spice typical of the southwest. With its orange to red-brown color, its fruity and roasted smell and its spicy taste with sweet notes and a slight bitterness, the Espelette chilli pepper sublimates perfectly our Croquets recipe !
