Croquets – Organic Nyons olives savoury biscuits : Our organic olives come from a small producer located 14 km from our Factory, an olive grower in the hills of Nyons within the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Baronnies provençales. The entire production of the estate is certified organic, ensuring high-quality products that beautifully enrich our Croquets Olive noire de Nyons AOP.
Croquets – Organic garlic savoury biscuits : We select IGP garlic from Drôme near our Factory for a unique recipe. This garlic is distinguished by its slightly sweet and fresh taste, of medium intensity, with a soft texture and a delicate aftertaste that enhances our Croquets ail de la Drôme.
Croquets – Pesto savoury biscuits : Inspired by traditional Provencal cuisine, our Pistou recipe is made with southern ingredients: basil, garlic, and olive oil, carefully pounded. This blend brings a delicious creaminess to our Croquets Pistou & Parmesan AOP, where a touch of PDO Parmesan, with its distinctive and robust flavor, perfectly complements.
Croquets – Tomatoes & Espelette chilli savoury biscuits : Piment d’Espelette holds the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), guaranteeing its unique quality as a hallmark spice from the South-West. Its orange-red color, fruity and grilled aroma, and mild spiciness with a slight bitterness enhance our Croquets Tomate et Piment d’Espelette IGP recipe.
