Our shortbread, a unique creation of Biscuiterie de Provence
Who said that shortbread was a Breton affair? At Biscuiterie de Provence, we took up the challenge of reinventing this classic by bringing our ancestral know-how dating back 6 generations. We have imagined our own range of shortbreads highlighting our favorite ingredient: almonds! This is how four delicious recipes with childhood flavors were born: intense dark chocolate, exquisite Bourbon vanilla, gourmet salted butter caramel, and, our latest creation, crunchy pink pralines.
Our shortbreads have quickly become a staple in our range of snack biscuits. Their crunchy texture and rich, authentic taste will be the perfect snack during a gourmet break. Imagine them accompanying a steaming tea, a strong coffee or even your favorite hot drink, bringing a touch of sweetness with each sip.

Our shortbreads are available in classic 120g cases, perfect for individual tasting or to share with your loved ones. For those with a sweet tooth or for special occasions, we also offer 480g bulk bags, allowing you to prolong the pleasure. Whether for a solo sweet break, a family snack or a reception with friends, our shortbreads will satisfy all your desires.

Ingredients: wheat flour* from Drôme, dark chocolate* 33% (cocoa*, sugar*), butter*, almonds* 5%, eggs*, baking powder* (wheat starch*, sodium bicarbonate, monopotassium tartrate ), salt, vanilla powder*.
* Ecologically grown products.
ORGANIC bourbon vanilla shortbread:
Ingredients: wheat flour* from Drôme, butter*, sugar*, eggs*, almonds*, fleur de sel from Camargue, vanilla powder* Bourbon 0.4%, baking powder* (wheat starch*, bicarbonate of sodium, monopotassium tartrate).
* Ecologically grown products.
ORGANIC salted butter caramel shortbread:
Ingredients: wheat flour* from Drôme, butter*, pieces of salted butter caramel* 13%, sugar*, eggs*, almonds*, vanilla powder* Bourbon, fleur de sel de Camargue 0.5%, baking powder* (wheat starch*, sodium bicarbonate, mono-potassium tartrate).
* Ecologically grown products.
Pink praline shortbread:
Ingredients: wheat flour from Drôme, pink pralines 21% (sugar, almonds, glucose syrup, natural colorings: purple carrot and sweet potato extracts), butter, eggs, rapeseed oil, almonds, sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder (wheat starch, sodium bicarbonate, monopotassium tartrate), salt.
Produced in a Factory that handles other nuts.
