La Biscuiterie de Provence, Le Petit Duc, and Croquettes de Vinsobres are three old houses that produce traditional biscuits. For several generations, they have been creating delicacies that appeal to both young and old gourmets, using local products as much as possible. They select the finest ingredients to make delicious biscuits of yesteryear.

Traditional Biscuits from La Biscuiterie
At La Biscuiterie, you will find 3 traditional biscuit recipes:
- Navette Provençale: A symbol of the region, with a slightly sandy texture, thanks to its quality ingredients with a touch of orange blossom. It is one of our oldest and most popular biscuits in the shop.
- Canistrelli: A Corsican specialty that we have revisited to make it a specialty of our factory, using products from our region. It is a square biscuit intensely crunchy with a delicious lemon flavor.
- Almond Craquante: A must-have specialty from Provence, this dry biscuit is made only with organic ingredients. The oval slice is tasty and will bring back memories to many of you.

- Muscat Clovers: A fine shortbread dating back to the 17th century, made with Muscat wine and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
- Chocolate Sticks: Fine cocoa biscuits born from an ancestral recipe dating back to the 20th century! A delicious blend of almonds and dark chocolate.
- Gingerbread Hearts: A delicate and fine biscuit that crackles under the tooth, releasing the spicy and spicy flavors of ginger.
- English Flowers: Rich buttery shortbreads with a melting texture, of English origin from the 18th century.
- Vanilla Désirés: They are extremely rich in almonds, without butter or egg yolk, with very little flour and a generous amount of vanilla, topped with royal icing.
