Unlike the Navettes de Marseille, our Navettes are delicious specialities with a sandy texture thanks to quality ingredients such as organic butter or small spelt from Haute-Provence. It is these ingredients, exclusively from organic farming, that give the Navettes a unique taste that appeals to both young and old gourmets.

Navettes are the traditional Provencal biscuit by excellence ! These shortbread biscuits are made by our pastry chefs in the workshops of La Biscuiterie de Provence. Created in 1781 in Marseille, the Navettes owe their special shape to the boats ! The pastry chefs at La Biscuiterie de Provence have revisited the recipe to add a sandier texture that contributes to the success of the Biscuiterie.
